Position Overview:
We’re seeking a compassionate and mission-driven NP, PA, MD, or DO to provide high-quality healthcare. This part-time role requires at least one day per week, plus the opportunity for additional PRN (as-needed) shifts. Ideal for providers looking for flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment

Develop care plans and manage medications

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Provide education on disease prevention and medication adherence

Maintain accurate medical records

Assist with referrals and prescription assistance
Qualifications:

NP, PA, MD, or DO with an active Indiana license

Experience in primary or family medicine preferred

Compassion for uninsured and underserved populations

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Schedule & Compensation:
