About Us

Delta Kappa Chapter also known as Danville Tri Kappa, is a not-for-profit organization whose object is to bring women into close, unselfish relationship for the promotion of charity, culture & education. Our biggest event and fundraiser is the annual Fair on the Square every September. Other events include Breakfast with Santa on the first Saturday of every December, Day Trip to Chicago in Novemeber, Nut sales, Cheeseball Sales, Spring Flower sales.

All monies raised are given back to the community through grants issued in the spring and fall as well as college scholarships to Danville graduating seniors. More information and applications can be found on our website.

Kappa Kappa Kappa, Inc. commonly known as Tri Kappa, is a unique philanthropic organization existing only within the boundaries of the state of Indiana. Seven young ladies met at the Girls' Classical School of Indianapolis (May Wright Sewall) and founded the sorority in 1901. Each young lady was to begin a chapter in her hometown. From these humble beginnings, Tri Kappa has thrived throughout the state with 144 Active Chapters and 113 Associate Chapters, totaling almost 9000 actively participating members.
